Almost 70% of all people in a relationship will cheat on their partner at some point. Most of the time they are not caught, and their partner is unaware of their infidelity. There are however, several signs that you should be aware of which may give you a warning that your partner is cheating on you. The following four points are just a small number of the signs that you should watch out for, always be vigilant, and look out for changes in your partner's behaviour. There will be many more signs to come in future articles. 1) Getting in shape. After a realtively lengthy relationship where both you and your partner are comfortable, and you have known each other for quite a while, your partner suddenly decides (for no real reason) to get into shape. They decide to join a gym or start running at nights after work. However, you are not invited to join! 2) Sexual Activity. Has there been a change in your and your partner's sexual activity? This could be an increase or decrease in frequency, or changes in your normal positions. These behaviours may indicate your partner's infidelity. 3) Secrets. It is normal to have secrets in a relationship, everyone keeps secrets from their partner. However, some secrets can lead to lies and then to infidelity. The most common secret that a cheater keeps from their partner is who they are talking to on the phone. Check your partner's mobile phone records regularly, and any number is that you do not know, run them through an online service that will give you all the information about the owner. 4) Details. When you are retelling a story to a group of friends at a party, or even to your partner over dinner, you often leave out little details that are unimportant to the story, or that you have just plain forgotten. If however, you are lying about something, you feel the need to embelish a little or a lot. If you have asked your partner a fairly simple question such as what did they do for lunch that day, and you get a response that is extremely indepth and full of tiny details it is often a good indication that they are lying. If you think your partner may be cheating on you it is very important that you find out for certain, because either way it will destroy your relationship. Relationships are built on trust and that trust must be strong. Nomenclature suspicions are, there is a chance that your partner is not cheating on you, and you are stressing yourself unnecessarily. While you are looking for evidence of your partner's infidelity, also look at the small things they do which shows they love you.
